i didn't actually go inside the dealership. I was able to get all the information I needed online. But they called to follow up and were very friendly and professional.
ken stoepel ford in kerrville provided us with amazing customer service. Their hours are convenient for after work drop-off and pick-up. The work done was completed in a timely manner, and done well. They even washed our truck! The staff is very friendly and completely professional. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else. Ever.
