my husband has had this insurance through his employer almost two years. he has yet to have any issues with the service and is very happy with the coverage. the company itself is very professional and easy to work with. no complaints at all regarding this company.
had to take the time to submit a review. this is the worst company i have ever dealt with. i filed a claim 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back. every time i call customer service they give me the runaround and i get no where. i am so disappointed in my experience with this company
worst place ever! been getting the runaround on my claim for over three weeks now. i've called literally over twenty times and get the same answer every time. "we are working on your claim". i have asked for a call back from a supervisor and it has yet to happen. i would not recommend this company at all.
