if i could give 0 stars i would. clark-knapp motor company is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i have been with them for over 5 years and have never had a problem until i recently got into a car accident. i have been trying to get my car fixed for over a month now and they have been nothing but unhelpful. they have lost my paperwork multiple times and have not been able to give me a straight answer about when my car will be fixed. i have had to call them multiple times to get any updates and they have been rude and dismissive every time. i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.

this insurance agency seemed very great and they treat you well until you get in an accident. their service at this point is awful and they dont respond to your calls or emails. i have been trying to make a claim since i got in an accident on august 10th 2022, today is september 27th 2022 and i have heard nothing back from the adjuster. i have called multiple times and left many messages, and i have also emailed the claims team multiple times. i have yet to receive a response to my calls and emails. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone. even if they seem nice and helpful in the beginning
