great staff but my car was damage after servicing: i have been a customer of this chevrolet dealer during the last 15 years, until monday, 8 agoust 2022. i always had a good experience until this time. i had to take my car for maintenance and oil change. a few days later i noticed the hood of my car was not installed properly and a piece was broken and detached. i am not happy with this situation and do not recommend taking your car to this place if you want it maintained in good condition.

the purchase was straightforward, the financial portion was completely botched. the gap insurance charge was over $2,000 and when i asked about it, i was told "you will need it". i was lied to about my interest rate for the loan. again, when i asked about it, i was told it was because of my credit score but then, two weeks later, i received a letter from the bank stating my rate was lowered. i spoke to the manager, but they were no help.

this was my first time buying a car from this dealership and it was a great experience! the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they worked with me to get the best possible deal. i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.
