i brought my 2014 ram 1500 to have my radio touchscreen replaced. i made an appointment at 7:30am and arrived on time. when i walked in the service area i was greeted by rick and he took my information and keys. i asked him approximately how long it would take to replace the radio and he said about 2 hours. i sat down and 2 hours and 15 minutes later rick called me to say my truck was ready. i went back into the service area and he explained what they had done and answered any questions that i had. he was very polite and professional. all the employees were wearing face coverings and the service area was very clean. when i got in my truck the radio looked great! rick did an excellent job and i will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends.
i've had good and fair experiences with this establishment. i've bought 3 vehicles from them, 2 good experiences and 1 bad experience. i don't think it's fair to leave a bad review just because of one bad experience. overall i think they are the best option when buying a used car in budget auto.
small place but they take their time in fixing the cars. the dealer manager, josh made sure i got a car to use while mine is in the shop and gave me consistent updates. he is also very professional and kind. thanks, josh!
