ayla insurance agency cannot be trusted, they are scamming people with their unreasonable price and adding unnecessary coverage to maximize their profit. the staff are also not helpful and very rude to customers. they also over charged my insurance and when we try to cancel, the lady kita was very rude and hung up the phone on me after i asked her to supervisor. i am very upset with this agency and i want to make sure other people don't waste their money and time with them.
ayla insurance agency is understaffed and the male staff who helped us was very rude. we were served 30 minutes after we came in. the staff was prioritizing people he knows and was not even accomodating the order of the customers that came in. he could have at least told us if the office will take long to avoid wasting our time.
