i paid $200 on 8-22-2022 to aaa to renew my policy. 5 hours later my payment was processed and i was told that i was canceled due to non payment. i called and spoke with 3 different people and was on the phone for over an hour with no resolution. i was told the check was cashed and i would be refunded. then i was told my coverage was reinstated.3 days later my coverage was canceled again. i called again , waited on hold for over 45 minutes only to be hung up on. called back and was told that i needed to pay again. i am beyond frustrated at this point. i’ve been a customer for 20 plus years and this is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.i’ve been hung up on 10 times today!
