i have been a customer of express auto insurance agency of abilene inc for over 10 years. i have always been happy with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
express auto insurance agency of abilene inc is a joke. the office is located in the back of an auto repair shop, which should have been my first clue. the lady who helped me was rude and dismissive. she didn't seem to know what she was talking about and couldn't answer my questions. i ended up going to another insurance company and got a much better deal.
