my husband and i were rear-ended on our way to pick up our children from daycare. my husband called the police and we exchanged information. i have had a few accidents before and never tried to sue the other party, but this time, we didn't receive payment. i finally broke down and hired an attorney. the insurance company tried to accuse my husband of being at fault. we felt harassed by their insurance company and felt our hand was forced. we got an attorney and were so happy we did. we will never do business with kdj insurance agency inc or geico ever again.

my mother passed away recently. she was insured through kdj insurance agency inc. i have been calling for a week and i have not been able to speak to anyone. i have left voice messages with no return call. the answering service is very rude. i was given one phone number to call and when i call that number, i get a recording that states that this is not a working number. i am beyond frustrated right now. i will be reporting this company to the bbb.

i contacted this agency, who handled my late father's life insurance policy. his policy was with life insurance company of north america (lina) which was bought by cigna. my dad passed away in 2017. i have been trying to settle the policy since then. first, kdj insurance agency inc said that they had the check and would send it, but i never received it. i asked again, and was told that they had sent the check to the wrong address. i was told the check was $40,000. now, they tell me that since no check was ever cashed, they canceled the check and the $40,000 check was 'rescinded.' i have been trying to get a new check for the amount of the policy. now they tell me they will give me $12,000. that is 1/3 of the original amount. i am so frustrated with this company and don't know what to do now. i did file a complaint with the bbb, but haven't heard anything back.
