i would not recommend this insurance to my family and friends. my policy was canceled due to a small incident that was not my fault. i do not recommend this insurance company because i had to reach out to them and not the other way around. made me feel like i am a bad customer because of what happened. i gave 1 star because i have to.
i want to let everyone know that edwin martinez and his team at the oldham & associates insurance agency are outstanding. i have used oldham & associates for my insurance needs for over 10 years. never any problems. claims are always handled quickly and fairly. everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. i highly recommend them. 5 stars
after using them for 5 years i am sorry to report they raised my rates yet again with no claims this year. my rates have increased over 50% since switching to them. time to shop around for a new homeowners insurance provider.
