i had a great experience with sargent inc. they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. they were able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right coverage for my needs. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
this location had horrible customer service. i went in yesterday to inquire about options they could give me on my car insurance. the gentleman that helped me was very rude and treated me as if i was wasting his time. he sighed, tapped his foot, and continuously looked at his watch. i decided to give them 1 more chance to redeem themselves and just called into the office to speak with someone else, but sadly they were closed when they claim to be open until 6. they need to get better at training their staff on how to approach a customer and be welcoming or at least pretend to care.
