insured with them for over 2 decades, and had only minor auto accidents, but they refused to renew our policies after 22 years, and we were forced to scramble and double our premiums to find new insurance coverage. amazingly, less than 2 months later, we got the lovely news that they had reversed their decision to non-renew and were now offering us renewal options. after we had already purchased insurance elsewhere.
my experience with insurepointe of texas is that they are super helpful. when i bought my condo in 2008, they were able to help me find the most affordable earthquake and homeowners insurance. matthew, the agent who helped me, was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. i would highly recommend calling this company if you are looking for insurance.
