larry mchargue and his staff have always given me outstanding service for more than 25 years. always quick to respond to my inquiries. i have recommended them to many friends and family members.
very disappointed with mchargue insurance and will be looking to relocate our business. in 2020 while working with michael on our renewal he promised us $10,000 in savings by switching to travelers and that we would get a credit for our full premium of $19,000. after we switched we discovered that the premium actually went up by $6000 and that there would be no credit for the $19,000. michael completely lied to us and then kept promising to send us a breakdown of our bill detailing the credits that we would be receiving and never did. when my wife called to ask the status of the breakdown michael hung up on her. we are very unhappy with the lack of communication, misinformation and disrespect we have received from this agency.
i have been a client of larry mchargue for almost 20 years starting with personal and then adding commercial insurance when i opened my two businesses.the service and response time is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. i highly recommend mchargue insurance.
