i have been a customer of progressive insurance for over 15 years. i have always been satisfied with their service. i have had to file a few claims over the years and they have always been handled quickly and fairly. i would definitely recommend progressive to anyone looking for insurance.

i'm very pleased with the coverage. i have all my insurance with progressive. the claims service is excellent. my agent is very friendly and professional. formerly, i had to file a claim for hail damage to my roof. it was handled in a timely manner. everything was completed as promised. i would definitely recommend progressive.
my experience was good until the day i filed a claim. the worst experience of my life. they actually offered to settle my claim for half of what my attorney was asking. i had to hire an attorney. they kept saying my house wasn't worth what my attorney said it was worth. i had to go all the way to trial to get the claim resolved. the silver lining is i got twice what they were offering. i was with progressive for 15 years. never again.
