there was an ice storm that came through bracken county in february. i had contacted standard insurance agency on sunday morning, the day of the storm, to report some broken limbs on the two oak trees in my front yard. even though they were closed on sunday, i received a call saturday evening from my agent, susan mcclure, that she had gotten my message and would get an insurance adjuster out to my place as soon as she could on monday. on monday, i received a call from corey, the insurance adjuster, who came to my place monday evening. corey was very polite and friendly and spent a good deal of time taking pictures and writing up the report on the trees. today, wednesday, i received a phone call from susan mcclure informing me that my claim had been approved and that i would have the funds in my account within the week. i have been a client of standard insurance and been insured by susan mcclure for many years and have worked with her on several claims. i have always been very happy with the way she handles my insurance needs and the promptness with which she takes care of any questions or problems that i have. i would recommend ms. mcclure and standard insurance to anyone.
