it's not very often that i post reviews but i was ever so impressed with the staff at gene s bowman l insurance agencies in pflugerville tx. i was looking for a local insurance office with knowledgeable and friendly staff and this location definitely met my need. i don't have much experience with this type of insurance and i had many questions. i spoke to a few people there by phone and in person and i was very happy with the prompt responses and attention i received. gina munoz was a delight to speak to and work with and she was very patient and thorough in answering my numerous questions. i got a great deal on a policy that will suit my needs. i would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for insurance.
