fred rhodes & company /julius levis & company has to be the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with, i am honestly surprised that they are still in business with such terrible service. i had a claim and they made the process so difficult and slow, it took months to get my claim resolved. the customer service was awful and they were very rude. i would not recommend this company to anyone. i am very disappointed with the service i received.
