i was very pleased with my experience with lipca inc. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. i would definitely recommend this insurance agency to anyone.

lipca, inc. customer service is horrible. i do not recommend this insurance agency to anyone. they are non-communicative, they do not return phone calls or messages left on their voicemails, and when you go into the office to speak with them, they have "no record" of your calls or voicemails. i don't think the girls that work in the office know what they are doing because each time i have spoken with them or anyone in the office, they always give me different answers about my policy. for example, i was quoted a certain amount for 6 months for my policy. when i called to verify the price before making my payment i was given a completely different price. this happened on two separate occasions! i have also been calling since march of 2023 to make a payment and have never received a call back. i have gone into the office on several occasions and am told they are busy and someone will call me back and no one ever does. when i asked for a supervisor or manager to speak with about the issues i was having, i was told they were not in the office. i do not know what the qualifications are for working in an insurance office, but someone who answers the phone should have a general idea about insurance policies, especially the policy they are quoting you. also, if someone leaves a message on your voicemail, it is common courtesy to return their phone call within 24 hours, especially if they are an existing customer. i have not had any negative experiences with the insurance company itself, but this agency lipca, inc. needs some serious customer service training or new employees altogether.
