this is the absolute worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. my husband and i have been with them over ten years and every year our coverage goes down and our coverage goes up. they are the highest insurance company out there. they made a mistake on our policy and we are still paying for it two years later. when i brought the mistake to their attention they said they had never made a mistake before. i have since changed our homeowners and car insurance to nationwide and am happy to say i am saving over $300 a year. i am now in the process of changing my renter's insurance over to nationwide. i hope this review helps others from making the very same mistake we did. they do not get zero stars because there is no option for it.
