i have been a customer of dixie leavitt agency for over 10 years and have never had any problems. they are always very helpful and friendly, and they have always been able to answer my questions. i would highly recommend this company to anyone.
dixie leavitt agency is one of the worst insurance companies i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. they are constantly raising my rates, and their customer service is terrible. i have been on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions, and when i finally do get through to someone, they are rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
