odessa employees credit union has been nothing but exceptional to deal with. i want to give a special thank you to monica j. who has always been so helpful over the phone and in person. all of the staff are always so friendly and professional. we have been members for 20+ years and have always been treated with respect and gratitude. they truly care about their members and it shows. thank you odessa employees for always being there for us!
i have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people. i have been a member of odessa employees credit union for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. but the last few months have been a nightmare. i have been trying to get a car loan for over a month now and have been given the runaround at every turn. i have been lied to, ignored, and treated like i am a nuisance. i am so frustrated and disappointed with the service i have received. i will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
