the customer service is unbelievably poor. the policy was canceled and no one bothered to tell me. i had to find out when i tried to make a claim. it took several hours to get them to correct the issue. i will never go back to them.
they treat you very well and they don't over look on your policy. they help you through anything. they are very good and would recommend them to anyone.
they told me that they didn't have gap insurance but i feel like there's a possibility that they do. i'm not quite sure what happened. they were very nice and i still might end up getting insurance with them.
