i have been a member of american airlines federal credit union for over 20 years and i have always been happy with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me with my financial needs. i would highly recommend this credit union to anyone.
american airlines federal credit union has been the worst experience of my life. the customer service is terrible and they are unwilling to work with you. i have been a customer for over 10 years and i have never been treated so poorly. i would not recommend this credit union to anyone.
