i opened my business account with fivepoint credit union over a year ago in june 2021. i was very happy with my banking experience there for the first several months. i was always able to get my questions answered in a timely manner. however, in the last few months i have become extremely disappointed with them. i have a rolling 90 day average to avoid a monthly fee on my business account. i keep over $100k in my account at all times so that i don't have to pay this fee, which i find to be excessive. i have been told multiple times that the 90 day average is calculated daily. i have verified this in my online banking. however, multiple times in the last 3 months the 90 day average has been calculated incorrectly. when i call customer service to ask about this i receive different answers every time. i have also been promised multiple times that someone would call me back to discuss this issue further and no one has ever called me back. i am now looking for a new bank for my business account and will be closing my account with fivepoint very soon.
