first basin is your superior banking and loaning establishment! they have been a godsend to me! i was stuck in a bad position with my previous bank and first basin swooped in to solve all of my problems and get me on the right track to rebuilding my credit. they even approved me for a credit card with a very low apr when i had awful credit before. the staff there are pleasant, professional, and courteous. i have absolutely nothing negative to say about first basin. they even have a drive up atm that deposits cash. who does that anymore? i tell everyone i know about first basin and i'll continue to do so for as long as i live in the area.
the staff at first basin is very friendly and helpful. they helped me open a checking and savings account and gave me all kinds of helpful tips on how to manage my money. i've been a customer for over 5 years now and i've never had a problem. i highly recommend first basin to anyone looking for a great bank.
