my experience was best described as frustrating. this is a review for 'alamo self storage partners i ltd' in '3707 n. buckner blvd, dallas tx'. after being contacted by the business to rent a storage unit, i was forced to wait an hour past my appointment time to have someone show up to complete the process. after being shown the unit, i went to write a check for the deposit and first month's rent. to my surprise, the employee informed me that i could not use a check and that i would have to go to a nearby store and purchase a money order to pay. furthermore, after loading my belongings into the unit, i discovered it had a large hole in the wall. no accommodations were provided to correct the issue.
