initially i thought that this insurance agency was very good. however, after i had to file a claim, i realized that this was not true at all. they dragged their feet the entire time and i had to call them repeatedly to get any status updates. in the end, they denied my claim and i had to get a lawyer to get it resolved. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
