this is the worst insurance provider ever! first of all, i had to call customer support three time before i could get someone live on the phone. then when i spoke with someone named jill, she treated me like i was an absolute moron! when i tried to ask her a question about the ridiculous fee you added onto my monthly bill, she started speaking in circles and never directly answered my question. i am so angry that i signed with them and am now in the process of trying to find a new provider. i would never ever recommend this company to anyone and am considering reporting them to the bbb. i also have to make a note about the dishonesty of this company. when i first signed up, i was told i was being locked into a rate for 12 months. however, three months into my policy, i received a bill with a significantly higher premium. when i called to inquire about the increase, i was told that the rate lock was only good for 90 days and that i had signed a contract stating this. i went back and read the contract and found no mention of a 90-day rate lock. i am so upset that i was lied to and cheated by this company. i am now stuck in a contract with them and am being forced to pay a higher premium than i was promised.
