i have had nothing but issues with cen-tex there customer service is awful my father passed away and they have yet to take care of his account and it has almost been a month the online banking awful you never know if money is going to come out you are unable to see what is going on with your account unless you call and speak to someone who is rude and useless. i wish i could give zero stars!!
i have had several accounts at cen-tex for the past 5 years & have been nothing but satisfied. the staff is always friendly & helpful. i would recommend cen-tex to anyone who is looking for a local financial institution.
we have been members for over 20 years. everyone is very nice and helpful. we have had to borrow money periodically over the years and the loan process has always been smooth with competitive rates. highly recommended.
