went to this branch and was treated so poorly. i was trying to refinance my car and was told that they couldn't do that unless i got a co-signer on my loan. i don't have anyone to do that and i will now have to pay more to refinance my car at another bank.
i have been a member of this credit union for over 10 years and i have always been happy with the service. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me meet my financial needs.
