i'm not able to access my account online or through the app. i get error messages on both. i've called the credit union numerous times and spoken to several different representatives. all have promised to take care of the issue. the issue has not been resolved and it's been 4 days now. very frustrating. the credit union claims they are having technical difficulties. hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

simply put, if you can, open an account at this credit union. you will not regret it. they offer a competitive rate on their savings accounts and will do whatever they can to work with you. i am beyond grateful for the help i have gotten from them, especially miss marci duncan. she is an exceptional employee and a blessing to this credit union. her excellent customer service skills and caring attitude are a great example of what all employees should strive for. thank you ptfcu for being such a great credit union and for having such wonderful employees.
