i am very disappointed with vision service plan. i recently purchased a pair of glasses from them and they broke within a week. i called customer service and they told me that i would have to pay for a new pair. i am not happy with the quality of the glasses and i feel like i wasted my money.

vision service plan has the worst customer service ever. i have been trying to get a refund for a pair of glasses that i never received but customer service can't seem to understand what i want. i have called them several times and they keep giving me the run around. i finally got a supervisor on the phone and they promised me a refund would be processed. well, it's been over 3 weeks and i still haven't received anything. i am so frustrated with this company and will never do business with them again.

i had a great experience with vision service plan. their customer service was excellent and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions. i was able to get the glasses that i wanted at a great price. they also have a great selection of designer frames. i would definitely recommend vision service plan to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses.
