barton insurance group was a bit of a disappointment to work with. their policies were far too expensive compared to those from other agencies, and their customer service was quite terrible. when i reached out to them asking for help with my renter's insurance policy, they were very rude on the phone and practically hung up on me. i called back a few more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke and sadly it wasn't. i would avoid getting a policy with them.
