this branch is one of the best branches i have ever visited. i visited only once to open a new account and i decided to close all my accounts in other banks to move my money to this branch. i was very impressed with the kindness and expertise of the tellers and loan officers. once i went to a chase bank and i waited in line for an hour to talk to a teller, and when it was my turn to talk to the teller she said that she couldn’t help me and that i had to open an account to talk to a banker. i left the bank and went to this branch and they helped me right away. the officer who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. i highly recommend this branch and i’m very happy to be a customer of this bank.
i have never been to a bank that is as friendly and helpful as baptist credit union. i have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem. the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. i highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great banking experience.
if you are looking for a personal banking option that offers a vast array of traditional and innovative banking services then look no further than baptist credit union. with locations across san antonio and the surrounding areas you’re sure to be able to find a location that is convenient for you. i have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with the customer service and banking products that they offer. for most of those years i have been able to keep my accounts fee free by simply maintaining a minimum balance and electing to receive my statements electronically. currently i earn rewards points on purchases made with my debit card which i can redeem for cash back or gift cards. i also take advantage of the direct deposit feature which means my paycheck is deposited into my account on payday even if it falls on a weekend or holiday. this feature ensures that i always have access to my money when i need it. overall i am very happy with the services that i receive from baptist credit union and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new banking provider.
