i called this agency back in april 2017 to ask about opening a small business account. i've previously had several personal accounts with hebcu and was generally very satisfied with their service so i thought i would open one for my business. i spoke with a customer service representative and we briefly went over the general requirements. at the end of the conversation, i was told that i would receive a call back from a business banker within 3-5 days to start the process. i never did. i called a second time in may 2017 and again went over the requirements and this time was told i would receive a call within 48 hours. again, no return call. i made one more call to the agency at the end of june and had the same conversation as the previous two calls. this time i was told i would receive a call within 24 hours. again, i never received a call back. i opened an account with my other bank a few days later and have been very happy with them. i'm not sure why i can't seem to get a call back from hebcu. i have been a loyal customer and am disappointed that i didn't get the service i needed.

no place better to have bank account. fast service and always friendly! highly recommended. from uvalde staff to san antonio staff. love hebfcu! happy happy customer. not leaving anytime soon
