we received an illegal eviction notice in the mail and i called the office to find out what to do. i spoke with a young lady with american accent named kaylee. she was very nice but was unable to help me with my question. she told me that the only person who could help me was the manager and she was not in the office at the time. she did not know when the manager would be available. i asked her if she could take a message for the manager and have her call me back. she said she could do that. the manager called me back about an hour later. she told me that i needed to speak with my landlord. she said that they were just the management company and they did not handle evictions. she was very nice and helpful. she even gave me the landlord's phone number. i called the landlord and he told me that i did not have to move out. he said that the eviction notice was a mistake. i am so grateful to kaylee and the manager for their help. they were both very professional and courteous.
