this has to be the best insurance provider i have ever dealt with. their customer service is impeccable. recently, an unfortunate accident happened to my car and i had to file a very urgent claim. i was so scared about how long it could take to get my car fixed and how much of a hassle it was going to be. to my surprise, this company's claims department was very smooth and helpful. within a day, they had connected me with a tow company and a rental car company. they also updated me on the progress of my claim every step of the way. i really felt taken care of. i can't say enough good things about this company.
