this insurance agency 'ftb advisors, inc.' is not trustworthy. i paid the full amount for a policy and they never sent me any documents. when i called to ask about it, they said they never received my payment. i had to file a dispute with my credit card company and they finally sent me the documents. i would not recommend this agency to anyone!
