mccconnell-monroe inc is a waste of time and money. i am being billed for a policy i opted out of, and all the sudden my account is past due. i've been calling them for 2 weeks, and no one has gotten back to me. i finally got through today, and they told me they would send someone out to my house but never did. i am so frustrated with them. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
