i never dreamed i would have a loss when i filed my homeowners claim in april 2020. i was so upset and overwhelmed with the cleanup and repairs that i wasn't sure what to do. i called my insurance agent and she was so helpful and reassuring. she walked me through the process and made sure i had everything i needed. the adjuster was also very helpful and responsive. he came out to my house within a few days and helped me assess the damage. he was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that i could understand. he also helped me find a contractor to do the repairs. the contractor was very professional and did a great job. my house looks even better than it did before the loss. i am so grateful to my insurance company and to everyone who helped me through this process. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
this insurance agency is the absolute worst. i have been trying to get a quote for over a month now and they have been giving me the runaround. i have called and emailed multiple times and i have yet to receive a response. i am so frustrated with this company and i would not recommend them to anyone.
