i went in for a quote and the lady at the front was very sweet. but she provided vague information and kept beating around the bush on questions. i didn't feel secure with what she was saying so took my business elsewhere.
this insurance office was surprisingly a good experience. the place is nice and sleek looking. the lady at the front was super nice and helpful. she provided me with all the information i needed and answered all my questions. she quoted me a cheaper price than my previous insurance carrier. i will be switching to them shortly.
