agent, karen darling, is very knowledgeable about the different types of insurance and she can explain them in easy to understand terms. she is also a good listener and responds to phone calls and emails promptly. highly recommend!
i talked to agent aaron elliot today and he was very rude to me. he was talking to me as if i was beneath him. i was very surprised and shocked because i had bought insurance from him 3 years ago and he was very polite and helpful then. however, now, i will not be recommending him to anyone and i will not be purchasing my insurance from him again.
