i will not recommend scf to any business or individual. the owner is very unprofessional and rude. i was finishing up with a client when he ranted for what seemed like five minutes about how i was wasting his time. i scheduled an inspection of a property and when i arrived the client was not present. his spiteful response when asked if he knew the client would not be there was, "you will be by yourself until she gets here or you can leave. you call it." i said i would wait and all of a sudden the client appeared. the one redeemable quality of this company is the nice lady in the office.
