alamo financial marketing inc agency has a good customer service. my auto insurance was supposed to have the first payment due in october but the insurance card they sent us had a due date of september 16. we immediately called to ask why the due date didn't match what was agreed on with the agent and we were told by a customer service representative that the first payment was due on the date printed on the insurance card and that the agent made a mistake. i asked if they could fix it since it was their mistake and she said no, that we would have to pay the full amount by the 16th of september, or our insurance would be cancelled and we'd have to pay a reinstatement fee to get it back. this is unacceptable and unethical. they happily collected our down payment and issued an insurance card with the wrong due date, and refused to fix their mistake.
