agent was really not professional and pushy. he was just interested in selling me an insurance policy even though i told him i was not interested. he would not take no for an answer and kept calling me even after i asked him to stop. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
very bad service. try to get a new insurance and they charge me double what i was paying before without any reason. i talked o the president and he is very rude. i should file a complaint againt them.
the agent was very helpful in finding me the right insurance policy for my needs. he was patient and answered all of my questions. i would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.
