"hutc ham agency has been charging me a lot more on my insurance without informing me ahead of time. their service is not so great. after the 3rd time of going up on my insurance and me calling in to complain, i was forwarded to a supervisor who was rude and disrespectful and unwilling to work with me on the issue. he stated that there was nothing he could do, the rates went up. but i am paying a lot more than i was when i first signed up. i am no longer with this company. i do not recommend them at all. As a matter of fact I would give them a zero if i could. They need to get it together or close down.”
