incorrectinformation
very rude !!! had an appointment to see about opening an account for my son and the woman at the front desk informed me that it was a walk in only . i explained that i had already made an appointment 2 weeks ago and she wasn't having it. she told me we would have to wait 3-4 hours which would be really hard since my son is 11 and just want to get things done. i took my business to capital one and they were so professional and friendly. first citizens needs to improve their customer service in the clayton, nc location.
