i have been with this company almost 10 years. i have had no problems at all. when i need a copy of my policy they send it to me right away. i was in an accident last year and they were very helpful in getting me a loaner car right away and getting my car fixed promptly. they really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of.
