efg agency inc. is a real fraud and scam company. do not trust anything that they are saying. i would not recommend anybody to deal with them. they are only giving good rates to lure you in. after you sign the policy, you will see their true color. they lie and make up stories at any time. they will give you excuse after excuse. they will waste your time and try to push you around. i had a policy with them for almost four years. it was a nightmare. i had been complaining to them about a problem with my policy since last year. they kept telling me that they would have to talk to someone else. i asked for a name and phone number of the person and they refused to give me the information. i had to call them every few months to check if the problem was fixed. they just wouldn't fix the problem and kept giving me the runaround. one day, i had enough and decided to cancel. they refused to cancel the policy and kept charging my credit card for the next three months.
