the customer service i received from infinity insurance agency was superb! the agent i spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she was able to answer all of my questions. she also took the time to explain my policy to me in detail, so i was confident that i understood everything. i would definitely recommend infinity insurance agency to anyone looking for a new insurance provider.
